CSEEE 2012 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. All submitted papers should be written in English. Each paper will be reviewed by 3-5 reviewers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work.

Please pack the following files:
1. Your paper (in .DOC or .PDF format);
2. Cover_letter(in .xls);
3. Copyright form (scaned files only)
into just one packet (in .zip format) and should be submitted to the online system.
